30-day return window
For a completed purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Opened supplements are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not remove remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Start with an email
Send your order number and reason to support@boostbrainsupps.com. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items to the company address without those instructions.
Return costs
You pay return shipping for a change of mind, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, we cover any return shipping required for the remedy.
Refund timing
After an eligible return arrives and is inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it.
Damage or a wrong item
Tell us promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and include photographs if practical. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. The suggested reporting time does not cancel rights that apply under law.
Changing an order request
Contact us to change or cancel a request that has not yet been confirmed. An automated request acknowledgment is not a payment receipt.
