Order requests and confirmation

Checkout submits an order request for review. We will contact you to confirm availability, delivery and payment details. An automated acknowledgment records your request and does not confirm acceptance, receipt of funds or dispatch.

Products and information

Product pages identify available formula information and material gaps. Review the final product label before use. Packaging images are visualizations and are not approved production labels. Research summaries are educational; they do not replace professional medical advice or establish that a finished product has been clinically tested.

Prices, packs and promotions

Prices are in USD. A pack price is the total for the selected number of containers. BOOST gives 10% off merchandise with no minimum spend, expiry or first-order condition. Shipping and any tax are shown separately at checkout. Free Standard uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts.

Orders and accounts

Provide accurate details and keep account credentials private. Guest checkout is available. We may correct a clear listing error or contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled; any paid order that we cancel will receive the refund required by law. Do not use the site to submit fraudulent transactions, interfere with service or access another person’s account.
