Rates
- Standard: $12.49 per order.
- Express: $30.00 per order where shown at checkout.
- Free Standard: merchandise subtotal of $200.00 or more after discounts, before shipping and tax.
When free Standard is available, paid shipping choices are hidden. All amounts are in USD. Your total is shown before you submit an order.
Processing and transit
For confirmed, paid orders, allow up to 2 business days for processing. Standard transit is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Express does not carry a guaranteed arrival date unless one is explicitly displayed.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Check your address carefully. If an address needs correcting or a parcel is missing or damaged, contact us with the order number.
If dispatch is delayed
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will explain the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund for unshipped items. We will seek any consent required for a further delay.
